AKD Solutions was originally founded in 2008 as a small black owned and London based change consultancy. Our audaciousness and excellent reputation has today positioned us as a distinct business with international reach.

Some of our highlights include working with DB Schenker to implement the “We are Schenker” cultural change programme being used by 72,000 employees across the world. We also journeyed with Holiday Inn for over 10 months on the “Making Guests Smile” project to enhance their customer experience. Another moment of pride is the #TellYourStory report we produced, commissioned by UK Sport, Sport Wales, Sport Northern Ireland, Sport England, and Sport Scotland. The report was part of the5 Councils project Tackling Racism and Racial Inequality in Sport (TRARIIS), and it harnessed the power of storytelling and lived experiences. This work supports their goal to develop a collective plan to help build sporting communities that reflect the societies they represent.
As an organisational change consultancy our goal for the next 15 years is to ‘paint the world orange’. This means creatively activating brilliance in people, organisations, and societies, challenging difficult conversations that lead to positive changes that will light up the world.
Stimulating Brilliance must begin with the Team. Therefore we place a lot of emphasis on developing a great team of Employees and Associates. So there are a lot of development opportunities including our half yearly bootcamps, when we bring the whole team together for a residential weekend of networking, development and gauging our progress.
