Welcome to YOUR DIAP journey! This is a collaborative approach to discovering and delivering bespoke Diversity and Inclusion Plans (DIAP). The journey ahead may be challenging but we promise it is going to be fun.
The Sports Governance Code requires that you must have a Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) that has been agreed with UK Sport or Sport England.
The plans are expected to be ambitious and robust and set out clearly how partners will work to improve diversity and inclusion across their whole organisation.
AGS is a consortium made up of AKD Solutions, The Governance Forum and Sheffield Hallum University.
This combination provides you a great amount of skills, experience and creativity in helping you develop a DIAP that will contribute to genuine and sustainable change in creating greater diversity and inclusion in sport.
