From Bystander to Ally provides clear and tangible changes that leaders can implement personally and then use to support the organisation’s cultural transformation.
Leaders will begin to explore how their new understanding will change thinking, behaviour and decision making. Leaders will identify concrete actions, personally and collectively, for becoming allies.
