In Autumn 2020, we began working with the Chief Executives of UK Sport, Sport Wales, Sport Northern Ireland, Sport England, and Sport Scotland. They had joined forces to commit to tackling racism and racial inequalities across their nations. Their goal - to develop a collective plan to help build sporting communities that properly reflect the societies they represent.
The #TellYourStory report is now published and provides great insights into people’s lived experiences, the undeniable need for change and what that change could look like.

I believe this is the best and safest way to approach sensitive topics like racism, gender orientation, equality and diversity. I really had fun with the game and at the same time I'm learning about these things.
British Equestrian (BEF) and AKD Solution have launched a breakthrough research to better engage groups and communities underrepresented in the Equestrian industry, especially those from low socio-income backgrounds and ethnically diverse communities.
This is not just a research, this is change and you can be part of it!
It gives participants the space to delve deeper into issues, have an honest dialogue, and reflect on thoughts, behaviors and systems and think about the changes that will lead to greater diversity and inclusivity. Next taster session is on the 27th of February, 2pm.
