Treat every day like it’s the first date: Ti Amo

“Treat every day like it’s the first date.” That was just one of the great comments that we received from our Ti Amo workshop.

Ti Amo is our latest innovative learning solution and we invited some of our clients and friends to share the experience.

Ti Amo is all about the art of falling in love with a brand. We’ve designed Ti Amo with a dual purpose. Firstly, all members of staff can participate and understand the steps of customers falling in love with your brand. Secondly, it supports managers by developing behaviours and strategies for improving staff engagement.

“It is such a simple concept, but so powerful”, says Jenny Gordon from HCA. 

We begin with “catching their eye” and then take people on a two hour journey through four stages of falling in love. Throughout, we use powerful props which symbolize the different stages of falling in love. For example, we use picnic hampers and magnets. To uncover the rest, you’re going to have to work for it.
