Balfour Beatty: Winners of Customer Service Training Awards

AKD Solutions are proud to announce that Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions won two prestigious awards (and also came a close second for another) at the Customer Service Training Awards, with our tool Enhancing Customer Experience.

They won the categories of Training Aide of the Year and Customer Service Operational Training of the Year, both with Enhancing Customer Experience. The judges were particularly impressed with the interactive tool that had been used with operational staff on site.

Balfour Beatty were also awarded second place for Customer Service Training Innovation of the year.

Gary Jackson, Head of Client & Customer Service at Balfour Beatty said: “Our success at the National Customer Service Training awards is a fabulous achievement, especially as the standard of entries this year was extremely high and we were up against some of the most innovative companies in the country, like Barclaycard, EE and Scottish Power.

The awards are a great opportunity to celebrate the outstanding skills and experience of our Customer Team and recognise the continued investment in our people and goal to put the customer at the heart of our business.
